Audiogram Interpretation

The patient is a 12-year-old female with recent-onset academic difficulties. The parents initially believed the difficulties were related to changing schools. She has been occasionally reporting difficulties hearing at home. She told her mother that she is having problems hearing in school.
No abnormalities observed.
Test/retest thresholds were within 15 dB.
